Following the completion of the development plans designed by Barn Architecture, Barymo took care of the project management and the execution of the works. We supported the client in his renovation project for seasonal rental.
On the banks of the Rhône, this apartment will offer travelers a magnificent view of Lyon. High ceilings, exposed stone, Versailles parquet flooring and exposed beams for an architecture full of character.
Technical details:
-Creation of a mezzanine in Boucaud flooring to optimize space
-Creation of an openwork guardrail combining safety, decoration and providing light
Decorative details:
-The chipping of a wall to reveal the old stone
-Renovation of the old Versailles parquet floors in order to give a new lease of life to this old floor
