Barymo accompanied these clients in the restructuring of an old apartment. From the design, to the works, not forgetting the project studies, we have transformed this little functional T3 into an optimized T4 in order to meet the specifications of the customers.  
Located in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon, near the La Part Dieu district and Bellecour-Hôtel Dieu, this apartment had great potential to exploit. Herringbone parquet flooring, moldings, high ceilings and marble fireplaces, a beautiful work base for an apartment with a soul. 
 
Technical details:
- Careful removal of the tiling from the entrance to avoid extra thickness and keep the alignment of the floors with the existing parquet floor preserved
- Careful removal of the old doorsets with moldings in order to reuse them and keep the same aesthetics in the apartment
-Creation of an additional SDE in order to create a real parental suite
-Creation of a false ceiling in part of the apartment for the passage of new networks 

Decorative details:
-Creation of a tailor-made glass partition for an industrial spirit and a light supply
-Installation of cabochon tiles to respect the old character of the apartment
-Installation of a cement tile effect tiling and colored subway splashback in the kitchen for a decorative touch and to contrast with the modern furniture
-Installation of wallpapers and colored paints to highlight the existing walls and moldings
